That's why I've decided to start a weekly self-care EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Tribe, where we can work together to find ways to care for ourselves. EFT is a simple and effective technique that can help reduce stress, anxiety, and overwhelm.
In the tribe, we will focus on identifying our individual needs and finding ways to integrate self-care into our daily lives. We will also work on releasing any limiting beliefs that may prevent us from taking good care of ourselves.
