Often, when we embark on our self-care journey, we can encounter fear. These fears manifest as limiting beliefs about who we used to be. Or you might become preoccupied with what other people think of you. You ultimately hide behind the excuse that you don't have enough time or money.
I've experienced all of that! It made me very insecure. A powerful tool that can help you with this is Emotional Freedom Technique, also known as EFT. EFT can help you neutralize your feelings, allowing you to move forward and do what you truly want to do. I give live EFT sessions twice a week where you learn how to effectively use EFT to experience shifts in your life. I created this especially for you so that you can continuously engage in self-care and self-love. You will then notice that you feel more powerful again. This goes much further than a spiritual self-development course. With EFT tapping, you will experience a transformation.
At least… My weekly sessions are meant for you if you choose to go for yourself and make your dreams come true. Only then will you notice that you will attract exactly what you need. All those online books and courses are interesting, they enrich your knowledge, but they don't help you apply it in practice. Be honest. It's simply difficult to adopt a new habit alone.

How do you apply EFT?
The basic steps of EFT.
Step 1. Identify your problem/pain.
Focus on your problem. You'll be thinking about it while you're tapping. An example is: "I always run out of money." Make sure you focus on one problem at a time.
Step 2. Determine the intensity on a scale of 0-10
Before you start tapping, establish a pre-level of the intensity of your problem by assigning it a number on a scale of 0-10, where 10 is the worst the problem has ever been and 0 is no problem at all. This is important as a starting point so you can compare your progress. An example of this is starting with a 9 and eventually reaching a 4. You then know that something has improved in your life. Always try to end with a 0 or a 2.
Step 3 Setup
Here you accept the problem and take full responsibility for it. For example: even though I have...., I choose to love myself unconditionally. You therefore only focus on the effects and the suffering that the problem causes.
4. Tapping
You keep tapping until your problem feels less intense. And you end with gratitude and positive affirmations.
